Refund policy

A fair, clear refund policy.

We want you to feel confident when you invest in Testcrac learning and career services.

01

Our refund approach

Refund requests are reviewed fairly and in good faith. Eligibility depends on the service purchased, the delivery status, and the amount of protected content or live support already used.

02

Courses and recorded learning

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase where the course has not been substantially consumed.
  • We may not be able to issue a refund once a significant portion of protected recordings, downloadable materials, or all course access has been used.
  • Free previews, published course descriptions, and access status are considered during review.
03

Mock interviews, webinars, and workshops

  • A booking can be cancelled or rescheduled before the service is delivered, subject to the timing and terms shown at booking.
  • Once a live session, webinar, workshop, or mock interview has taken place, it is normally non-refundable unless Testcrac cancels the service or a material delivery issue occurred.
04

Installment payments

  • Each installment unlocks only its matching part of the learning content after payment verification.
  • A refund request for an installment is reviewed only for the amount already paid; unpaid future installments do not create a refund balance.
  • Paying the full course price grants full access according to the course access plan.
05

How to request a refund

  • Email support@testcrac.com with your account email, order ID, transaction ID, and the reason for your request.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the order and access history.
  • Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.
06

Review and processing

We aim to acknowledge refund requests promptly. Processing time can vary based on the payment provider, verification requirements, and any relevant service review. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
